Communication within school

We operate an 'open door' policy where possible and class teachers are available to speak with parents direct at drop off and collection times.  If this method is not appropriate then you can use the contact form below and also email or phone the school asking for an appointment with a class teacher.  This is also how you can contact the Head Teacher for more serious concerns or queries.

You can contact us by phone which will take you through to our school office, either Mr Marshall, Mrs Tyack or Mrs Bell will do all that they can to help you.

Other ways we communicate

ParentPay Messaging - This is the main way we communicate with parents.  Following enrollment parents are given log in details for ParentPay and can set up their account.  

Email - we may email parents direct and messages can be sent to office.3505@st-edburgs.oxon.sch.uk

Class Dojo - Class Teachers communicate direct with parents using dojo.  

 Complaints

Like all schools, we have a policy which outlines the procedure should you feel it necessary to make a complaint. This is available by clicking here or from the school office.
