Technology is a fundamental part of our everyday lives. It impacts upon the way we work, teach, learn and play. At St Edburg’s we recognise that technology can be exciting, innovative and fun, but that it can also expose us to risks and dangers.

Advice for Parents
Parents and Carers play a key role in keeping children safe when they are online. Social apps, gaming and other online communications grow, change and develop all the time. New apps grow in popularity quickly among young people, and parents need to be aware of changing apps along with the benefits and risks associated with them.

Visit the NSPCC website site for information on apps, gaming, chat and keeping children safe on line.
Visit the CEOP site if you wish to report inappropriate activity on line or something that just 'was not right'.
For concerns about on-line bullying, an e-safety concern or abuse visit the childline website.
